China Turned Parts manufactures plastic turned components in house using our CNC machining centres.
Typical materials include Nylon 66, PEEK, PTFE, Black Nylon, White Nylon, Acetal White, Acetal Black.
Our state of the art Citizen CNC lathes use Low Frequency Vibration technology as part of the cutting process to ensure the material ‘chips’ during the turning process rather than the undesirable ‘nesting’ characteristic often experienced with plastic machining. This means faster cutting times and less downtime for plastic materials.

Otherwise known as plastic machined parts, these products are created using a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine and and CAD-CAM (Computer Aided Design and CAM Computer Aided Manufacture) technology, allowing our specialists to programme the precise measurements of any required fasteners and produce large batches of identical items.
Using specialist lathe heads, bar fed mechanics, driven tooling and pressure coolant, we can produce parts that are as complex or simple as you require.
